The tail is wonderful, fluffy and very comfortable
I’m a puppy player who’s trying to step out of the shadows and get noticed, and thanks to my brand new tail, I’m succeeding.

Just got my tail today and gave it a spin at a tea bar. It was a huge hit and had a great time wearing it. Can’t wait to receive the ears and try them out as well!

First off, this tail is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice, it looks even more amazing in person! As far as customer service these guys are the best! They were super responsive and very informative when answering questions! They started work on my tail almost immediately and got it done for me in a matter of days! Even overseas shipping was speedy fast and the tail was here before I knew it, once I received it the packaging was very secure, which I liked a lot! The set up was super easy and only takes a few minutes to download and connect your tail to the app. The tail also comes with a charger and belt with an attached heavy duty plastic base for the tail to be supported on! Once on its not heavy at all, I’ve had a blast wearing mine around for conventions for hours on casual mode and it still hasn’t completely lost battery on me! Definitely a show stopper piece that’s sure to bring smiles all around! And with excellent customer service!
